 Nigerian music superstar Ayodeji Balogun better known as Wizkid paid a tribute to his colleague Davido during his MSG concert.Â
No love is lost between Davido and Wizkid as the latter did something heartwarming by paying a tribute to David Adeleke, Davido while on stage.
During his sold out concert at the Madison Square Garden, New York, Wizkid played some of Davido’s hit songs notably “Dami Duro“. He gave a shout out to his colleague who was going through the hardest of times at the moment.
Some weeks back, Davido lost his son Ifeanyi Adeleke in a swimming pool mishap. The singer has been grieving the loss of his son and has had to make the difficult decision to shutdown for the rest of the year.
Although there has been rivalry amongst fans of the two Nigerian music superstars love and light trumps it all. It was a nice gesture from Wizkid to Davido which people are proud of.
